The Tickling Texas Tour Kicks Off

After sitting on my first exclusive title for Bus-Hole Comics for almost 2 years, I decided it was time to share with the like-minded people of the world.

I began to send out emails and project samples in hopes of getting an opportunity to share this sweetness.

After many, “thank you for your interest in… but we are not currently looking for a Bus-Hole” Steve Moya said otherwise. Steve believed. And the Bus-Hole Tickling Texas Tour was born.

Stop 1 of the Tickling Texas Tour kicked off this past weekend, August 30th and 31st as Steve and the city of Arlington Texas welcomed me in my first outing at Arlington Comic Fest 2025!

I was filled with emotion as the people of Arlington showed their support and beautiful conversations with me. I met many passionate people like Lucy (pictured above) who showed genuine love and support towards me and the Bus-Hole Mission.

Thank you, Lucy, I truly appreciate you stopping by the Bus- Hole booth and chatting with me. You are a beautiful person with a big heart and such a loving family. It was a true pleasure.

I got “axed” many questions. One of the most popular ones I was asked, (which quickly became my favorite) was, “Why the name Bus-Hole Comics?”

I answered in the same fashion every time. I would wait for them to give me their eye contact (if I didn’t have it already) and simply answer, “I think you know why. You just want to hear me say it” and then we would share a warm laugh and smile.

With some quick thinking and hard work, I threw together the first appearance of the Bus-Hole Booth. Thank you, Steve, truly for the opportunity to be part of such a fun show. And thank you Arlington for the tremendous love and support you showed me and I genuinely hope to see you again.
